What are Vitakraft Treaties Bits made from?
Vitakraft Treaties Bits are bite-sized semi-moist treats made with 70% meat content, including chicken and bacon flavour. They are slow-cooked in the oven to achieve their soft, tender texture. The treats are enriched with vitamins and mineral salts and contain no added sugars, making them a more considered treat option for everyday use.

Are Treaties Bits suitable for training?
Yes; their small, bite-sized format makes them well suited to reward-based training sessions. The strong chicken and bacon aroma helps maintain a dog's focus and motivation during training. Because they are semi-moist and easy to chew quickly, they do not interrupt the flow of a training session the way larger or harder treats might.

Do Vitakraft Treaties Bits contain added sugar?
No; Treaties Bits are free from added sugars. They derive their palatability from the high meat content and oven-cooking process rather than sugar-based flavour enhancers. This makes them a more suitable everyday treat option compared to some softer snacks on the market.

How many treats should I give my dog per day?
Treaties Bits should be offered as a complementary treat alongside a complete and balanced daily diet, not as a meal replacement. The quantity will depend on your dog's size, weight and activity level. As a general guide, treats should not exceed 10% of a dog's total daily calorie intake. Reduce main meal portions slightly on days when more treats are given.
